How do I create my first persona?
After signing up, click "Create Persona" in your dashboard. Choose a name, configure communication preferences, and set routing rules. Settings can be optimized based on your usage patterns.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes! CloakID supports importing contacts from CSV files, Google Contacts, and most major CRM systems. Go to Settings > Import Contacts to get started.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, CloakID has native iOS and Android apps available in the App Store and Google Play. All features sync seamlessly across devices.
How does call routing work?
CloakID routes incoming calls based on your configured preferences, contact relationships, and time settings. Calls are directed to the appropriate persona based on rules you set.
Can I schedule when personas are active?
Absolutely! Each persona can have custom availability schedules. Set business hours, vacation modes, and automatic responses for each identity.
What integrations are available?
CloakID integrates with popular tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and more. Enterprise plans include custom integration options.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 encryption. SOC 2 Type II certification is coming soon, and we undergo regular security audits.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export all your data at any time from Settings > Data Export. We support multiple formats including CSV and JSON.
Is CloakID HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA compliance features are coming soon for Enterprise plans. We will be able to sign BAAs (Business Associate Agreements) for healthcare professionals.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, with prorated adjustments.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional messages as needed.
