Biometric Data

When you enable biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID), biometric identifiers are stored securely on your device using iOS Keychain or Android Keystore. This data is never transmitted to our servers. Biometric data is automatically invalidated if you change your device's biometric enrollment.

Voice Calling Data

For in-app calling features, we process call metadata including timestamps, duration, and participant phone numbers. WebRTC connection data is used to establish calls. Voice content is transmitted peer-to-peer and is not recorded or stored by CloakID.

Handshake Trust System Data

When you use our Handshake Trust System, we collect phone numbers of contacts you designate as trusted, along with invitation status and acceptance records. This data is used solely to route calls from trusted contacts directly to you, bypassing standard call routing.
