Yes. CloakID provisions real US phone numbers through Telnyx for calls, SMS/MMS, and voicemail. They are internet-based phone numbers, so some verification services may not accept them.
CloakID numbers do not use iMessage. Send and receive SMS/MMS in the CloakID app. You can text iPhone and Android users when their carrier supports delivery; your personal iMessage number stays separate.
Yes. Open the app’s side menu → Profile → Manage subscription to cancel future renewals in Stripe. Access continues through your paid period. Billing help includes instructions for legacy Apple subscriptions.
Deletion removes your account and associated app records and requests release of your numbers. Stored media and certain billing or abuse-prevention records may remain beyond account deletion. Cancel your subscription first and read the deletion details.
